deebo @sibyl_vane my friend is a jewelry expert who managed jewelry stores and she said that your friend could be having an allergic reaction to the alloy metals that were mixed with the silver. This is very common. Try painting the underside of the chain with clear nail polish. This will form a barrier between her skin and the metal. Good luck
