@jesslut hi I am so sorry for the delay in getting back to you when I asked my friend who gave this to me how to best measure it. She reminded me that there is a leotard underneath. I attached a photo. The length in the front of the fabric is 27 inches. The tool length is 30. It is 13 inches pit to pit. Please let me know if you have other questions. Thank you.
