Weird homemade tile necklace

I have no clue but found this in my box of jewelry and wow is this thing between weird and awesome. It’s made of glass tiles and glass tile leaves and some sort of tile focal point at the end. Its glued onto seamstress binding of some sort. Maybe drunk when I purchased 🤷‍♀️ Ask any questions but not sure I can have an intelligent answer.
