Super easy to put on, just loosen straps before slinging on back, then pull straps to tighten to the perfect height and tightness. Back of pack is padded and has soft webbing for comfort. The straps and handle are also comfort padded with cooling webbing. Up to 16" Laptop/tablet padded space with a velcro top strap to hold the laptop securely in the back pocket. Back pocket also has slip in pockets and another divided area. Pockets, mesh holder, security clip and pocket dividers in front pocket. 2 external mesh holders for bottles, small umbrellas, etc. Tiedown crisscross to help secure items in place.
