In very nice condition, no stains, yellowing or rips however missing one button at the bottom. One of the tags is missing and has the size and fabric content but it feels like 100% cotton with no stretch. Size small or extra small and measures 18 1/2 inches on to onto, over our leg is 28 inches and 17 3/4 inches. Measurementacross the waist is 17 inches.
