Wednesday Addam's ball gown

my sister got this for me used so there are some imperfections where the sequins which are very delicate and flapper style might be fraying but this dress just doesn't fit me and it was a Hanukkah present so don't tell her I'm poshing it. size medium bebe, disregard the criss cross bra straps in the front that's actually my bra. this is a wrap dress so measurements are a bit out the window. the overlay is sequin and lace and scalloped tattered Fringe. yes I was excited thinking this could be my Wednesday Addams formal dress but it's a little big and doesn't hang quite right
