npirani I am sincerely so sorry for what happened. I've never had this error happen before in my sales! I have contacted Posh and am waiting for a reply. They will likely give you a return label to send the item back. At that point if you do wish to buy item again, I can give it to you for a deep discount. Waiting to hear back from Posh about the issue. Again, I am very very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
