Hi! May I request the waist measurement of the down laying flat? Also wondering if there are cups in the bust or if it’s unlined?

@arielwilliams18 Hi, apologies for the delay. I estimate the waist is 29”. I have attached two pictures of the waist area. The top is lined with silk and does not have a built in bra. Please feel free to make a lower offer.
