This dress is a two-piece set: Tulle ball gown skirt. Color: Sand. Alternations: hemmed and taken in a little at the waist. I’m 5’4 and wore my dress with sandals and it was perfect. My bust is 33. Waist is 28. Hips 37. After alternations the dress cost me about $1600. The dress has no rips or tears. It doesn’t have any stains . Only a little dirty under the dress, so you can’t even see it. I have attached pictures showing under the dress. A little cleaning will take it out. I have more pics
