Web cut cape one size fits most Brand new and does have a slight flaw on a tie

There are a couple different ways to wear this adorable cape. You can weave your arms throughout the webs, you can let us hang after you’ve tied it onto the neck, you can also hold the very end of the web as well. The ribbons are 25 inches long each The top of the cape measures17 inches across and the bottom of the cape measures about 96 inches across. The only flaws are on the right ribbon tie, which doesn’t effect it’s ability to tie whatsoever. Otherwise this is brand new with tags.
