21”p2p, 23.5” long from back neck seam to bottom. Plaid nubbly weave. Buttons up front, short, sized S but runs larger, see Meas. Great with jeans, short skirts, schoolgirl looks. Fun vintage jacket, great condition. Non smoker, please ask any questions
