In excellent condition, only used a couple times. No rips or tears. No rust on any of the hardware. Fleece at the wither. Tail strap. D rings at the neck if you want to attach a neck cover. Size 51". Washed and ready to wear. The blue color is actually lighter than the pictures, the room was not well lit when I took the photos.
