Material is Nylon, no stretch. Approx measurements are 25.5" p2p laid flat & 26.5" long. Colorblock jacket is blue, purple & neon orange. The bottom half is purple but is photographing blueish. Has 2 front slit pockets and a large pouch pocket, no hood. Pullover with 1/2 zip. Long drawstring at bottom of jacket to make adjustments.
