Worn once! Tiered High Low Dress is made in satin charmeuse with layers of ruffles throughout. The strapless bodice is lined with gripper tape. The front of the skirt falls to a mini length and the back features a tie detail and falls to a floor length. Two very faint marks on dress (see last two photos) should be removable via dry cleaning!
