Elevate your style with these chic tan flared pants that have a little stretch to them. They're low-rise, but for me, they fit about an inch below my belly button. The care tag was removed, but they are 98% cotton and 2% spandex, machine wash cold and tumbler dry low. They're in excellent pre-owned condition!
