Pre owned but never used Clear, cut punch (tag) Instructions included **please keep in mind I ship the next day unless a purchase is made on Saturday or Sunday. I always ship the next day with exception to Saturday and Sunday as I stated. It is out of my control if the post office delays the delivery of a item you have purchased from me!
