Wayne Kleski Katherine's Collection Jester Masquerade Cone Decor Retired

From the Wayne Kleski masquerade collection still has original tags. Measuring from top of cone to end of tassel is 21 inches, by approximately 6 inches wide and has a ribbon that can be tied to any length.
