Watters Wedding Skirt

*Sold - couldn’t figure out to mark as sold 🤔 Watters Effie skirt - As unexpected as it is beautiful, this sculptural tulle & ribbon skirt brings dimensional drama and whimsical movement to your look. I bought for my reception but changed my mind. Unaltered & unworn, complete with tags. It’s a beautiful skirt with a removable sash. Only the skirt, top not included. Color is ivory but it’s wedding ivory & looks white - more of a soft white not a bright white - hope that helps :)
