Watters BHLDN Penelope *need to find size

I have been meaning to donate this dress for a future bride but can’t seem to find a nonprofit for brides (other than the usual thrift box stores) to take a now 9 year old dress. I would love to help a bride local to me to have a their magical day in this dress. I don’t have any kids to pass down and don’t want it to stay in a box forever. I made the best decision in this dress and would love to pass down my beautiful memory for someone else to have and to hold. I guess something blue out of the blue.
