It has one large zipper pouch on the inside small Velcro pouch and zipper pouch on outside and behind that on our outside is a larger zipper pouch with a key clip and strap to hold your keys. So many options for storing things on your outing. On the largest adjustment, the measurement is 24 1/2 folded flat. So I believe it would fit up to a waist circumference of 48 to 49 inches.
