Clear Base is non-toxic, non-flammable, quick drying and cleans up with water. Excellent adhesion on vinyl, leather, plastic, fabric and carpet. UV resistant, permanent coating which provides good water, humidity, chemical and solvent resistance properties. Maximum coverage attained using less material. Available in liquids or aerosols.
