Watch strap

Unique watch bag strap that I purchased on Etsy from a small company from the Netherlands. It's brand new. I couldn't return cause shipping was too expensive. I planned on using it as a shoulder strap but I didn't know it had to be customized. I was so excited to get that I didn't bother to see the size. It's too short for me. The last Pic is the way I thought it would fit me. My fault due not reading the description. The description stated the all the watches work but I believe 4 of them don't. The others have a plastic on the stems so I don't know if they work. I didn't care about that I just thought it would look so cute as a strap. The measurement is posted.
