This is a Washington Nationals Stadium Give Away Winter Hat (Mint In Package, but the package has opened on its own since posting) from 9/28/14. That was when Jordan Zimmerman pitched a No-Hitter against Miami in the final game of the season. The picture of the hat out of the package is not mine, but it is the same.
