Washed out light blue/white jeans

Bought and never worn! These jeans look great dressed up or down because of their washed out appearance. Skinny jean appearance, look great with the cuffs rolled up, very stretchy but not quite jeggings! Target Jean sizes generally run differently... These are an 8 but in my opinion they are a bit larger... Possibly more like a size 10!
