I'm showing this as a warning to other Poshers that Posh only supports shipping of up to 10 lbs. I sold a piece of luggage that is 16 pounds with packing material and can't ship ship so I have to cancel the order. It does not state the 10lb limit anywhere in Posh rules or terms and conditions so I did this as a warning for everyone.

lizg808 @alyjulz all you have to do is go to the post office an pay the difference in shipping. Do it all the time. They simply ask you the cost of the label and they subtract that from the shipping cost. Then you pay the difference. They keep the same tracking info and everything.

alyjulz @lizg808 I did that yesterday and the post office told me they can't do it. Also it has to go to Posh first because it's over $500.

alyjulz @lizg808 Thank you for trying to help. I'm super bummed but it's beyond my control. I'm just upset that Posh has no mention of this In their rules and I already paid the upgrade fee and I'll bet they won't refund it.

alyjulz @loviem I'm trying to cancel and it won't let me from the app. I have emailed Posh and requested the cancellation and haven't heard back from them. I will keep you posted. I've been doing this for a while and this is the first real issue I've had with them. Their customer service is a little on the slow side and no way to contact them other than email.
