It has come to my attention that this lie being told concerning me continued on after I waited for a posh decision declaring my concerns grounds for cancellation of an order. I blocked the woman that I purchased from and ignored her original dishonest and irresponsible accusations but I feel that I need to clarify for the future and anyone that I do business with.

4tornados It is insulting that a person can list an item, answer questions about an item and then sell it and expect the buyer to be satisfied when what they are told was wrong. Then because she felt she should keep my money regardless of her inaccuracies in describing her own item she accused me of scamming her.

4tornados She answered another's question stating that the jeans were boot, we received them and in the label was clearly marked skinny, we contacted posh explained and awaited a response, posh sided with us and we sent them back in the exact condition they were sent in which I might add included reeking of cigarette smoke. She attacked me then blocked me so that I could not expose her.

The fact that I waited and posh paid to send the item back and the fact that she obviously re-offered the item should have been enough for her to be honest but I guess not. I more than anything am concerned for my reputation, this really is a place where trust is built and honesty is very important. I feel like I am protecting myself a little bit at least. I know how frustrating it is to have someone accuse u of foul play & know ur in the right, & having someone saying something else!!! HOW DARE THEY!!! U try ur best to always make sure ur customers r totally happy. It's too bad that u have to deal with someone with mental illness or maybe they had a bad day!!! And they take it out on u!!! 4tornados @pattyyun Hi, Yes, they did. I had pictures of the item plus the actual conversations from her listing that contradicted each other. Posh paid for me to send the item back and she relisted them, that's why I was so incensed that she not only falsely accused me but continued with it after she got her item back.

ion0206 @4tornados wow,asa seller,you have all the right to return my items if you are not satisfied and I didn't disclosed anything about my item,I felt bad that happened to you dear.When I was new (couple of months ago)couple of poshers try to scam me too saying they didn't received the item,well the fact that they received it clearly said on their tracking number.,there's so many scammers here.and if you're an honest seller and buyer you will be fine .💕

cricket6187 I dealt with people like that. You send them something, then the complain that its not new, are authentic,or else its damaged .i got yelled at by POSHMARK, and i was very angry. They would not listen to me, cause they said the buyer is always right. So yes i lost my money, and got in trouble

I would never abuse a seller and I do not agree that the buyer is always right! Everyone makes mistakes it's really sad that we can't be fair and kind to each other. barneysbargains Sometimes people can be very rude and disrespectful to others. I've been blocked by two people for making simple comments trying to be nice. For the most part, everyone else has been kind and welcoming. So sorry that you had to go through this, but IMHO I'd take this post down and just move on to the nice, wonderful Poshers that are around! Happy Poshing hon! Don't let one bad apple.....

foreverfortyone Good morning. I came across your listing and I have to say some people are just rude. I had two very rude people post something on an item that was sold. It shocked me especially when I look at one of their profiles and she bragged about being a mother of 5. I blocked both of them. There are more nice people than rude people on Posh Mart. We just have to hope they go away on their own. You did the right thing by letting everyone know about this scammer. Thank you for sharing.

gringa01 @4tornados I hope you don't let this one bad egg skew your idea of what Poshmark is all about. I will tell you I have never had anyone return any of my items, but myself have had to return more then I wanted. Poshmark does NOT let you return just anything anytime you want,they require you to show pics. for proof of your claim, if it's ripped or dirty or were sent the incorrect size etc... it then takes 24 hours after providing all that for their Return Board to decide if the return is approved.

I see where some people resort to videoing when they pack to ship.for their safety. And what about those people who "steal" others pictures of items and build a closet not even owning any of it. pamthomas1960 @4tornados I've ordered from over 109+ closets. The range of my items purchased is HUGE. I've gotten beautiful items. I've also received a FILTHY and ripped dress. I didn't even wanna touch it. I've opened boxes that look like they sent me their dirty laundry. Ugh! A shirt I loved and wore before I found a hole in it. It was a large oversized top with lots of material. And the white dress with very faint but noticable stains that looked like blue detergent had been poured on it.
