Just an FYI I sent this women a perfect condition item and she claims it was broken. I'm newer to PS and am concerned how often this occurs. We'll see how my products returned??? Can anyone give me any advice on this? I contacted PM but they just sent me an email telling me that she would be refunded. I really don't like when scammers get away with this stuff.

heatherintheuae @rameehee yes in fact I just got the reason back, she said when she turned it on it smelled like it was going to catch fire. She's such a liar!! In fact I turned it on and used it before I sent it to her, nothing is wrong with it, PERFECT condition. I'm so happy Im getting it back!! this women is ridiculous, always giving a sob story that she's a single mom and needs money. I think she had buyers remorse and realized she couldn't afford it.
