Walter Baker {Carter} Navy Gingham Dress

NWT Walter Baker gingham off-shoulder dress! Navy and white pattern with beautiful white lac/eyelet detailing. Has straps, elastic in the back, and buttons down the front. Length from top to hem is about 35”, waist across is about 16”, and sleeves are about 8” long. There is a small yellow stain next to one of the buttons (can’t see it when buttoned). So cute!!
