Bottom sticker states “Walt Disney productions made in Japan.”This is the character, Pluto, a dog with a red tongue, blue collar, orange body, black ears and tail. Possibly 70’s. 7 inches vertically, 4 inches horizontally 3 inch wide bottom Gently wiped with a soft, damp washcloth.
