Walt Disney Attraction Sea Turtle Swimming on Frosted Waves Marine Life Figurine

Bought by my mother when she went on a trip to Disney. She fell in love with sea turtles and manatees, and started her collection. As I look closer, I do see that one of the flippers is broken off. I didn't even notice it at first. She bought this at The resort gift shop for $28 back in the early 90s. The flipper is the only issue that I see everything else looks great I will ship with Care.
