Wallflower Blush and Cream Floral Maxi Dress

Pretty Wallflower maxi dress with floral pattern & a nice ruffle near the bottom. Features puff sleeves, it is elasticized around the entire top of the dress. The actual dress part is lined, only the short sleeves are sheer with a little elasticized ruffle around them. Dress appears to have an empire waist as it's elasticized almost right under the bust, & it has a little accent tie at the top. 100 percent polyester. Tag states this is a size 1X but it is on the smaller size of a 1X so maybe a junior size 1X. If you are busty it will be tight! Never worn. NWOT
