@stephentessa hi thank you for the compliment on the shoes :) I've only been on posh for 3 months so I've never hosted a party......I am in 2groups on Facebook that are posh groups and that's one way I am able to network.....the more active you are on posh the more people you will meet and that's how your closet gets recognized for host picks :)the only thing is that the hosts will not pick anything from a closet that isn't 100% compliant with posh rules.....(read through it all and adjust accordingly;) take clear concise cover shots and you'll get a hp in no time :) ps. The only thing I saw in your closet that is against posh rules is the lingerie.....any undergarment has to be NWT (new with tags) other than that your closet looks great :) as a matter of fact I just found out that I am already a top 10% seller this morning which is pretty amazing for only being on 3months. But it proves that you can be successful and make some money on here :) if you ever need anything or have any questions please let me know I'm always happy to help :)

Ps. Share other poshers closets as MUCH as you can !!!!!! That helps big time !!!! Most of the time they will share back and it really helps your closet get more exposure :)
