goldeelocs @tmicheaux I’m sorry but no, they aren’t adjustable. They are stretch and you step into them. They will, however, gauge your weight loss and weight gain. They roll down when you lose and roll up with gain. The picture of the person with all the beads is me...... as I lost weight the beads rolled down and started adding smaller beads to take the place of the higher beads 🥰

tmicheaux @goldeelocs ok thanks for following up. how would I pick my colors for beads The top part (above my navel) my waist is 43. so we would measure differently for the bottom of my waist under the navel

goldeelocs @tmicheaux the beads can not be adjusted. Please donNOT CUT THEM. The beads are pulled tightly. They will go everywhere if cut!!! I made yours first (the first listing ) 43” two weeks ago. Then made your daughters 46” on the second order.
