What exactly does this do help u lose weight i just bought one the week before last and i don't like it i got an xl. It was cheap sk i went to marshals and grabbed a large and wear it everyday

@barbzbabz I guess its suppose to train your waist the more you wear it but I dont wear it as much because its to small.
