veronicaburgo @drgenia if your 28”, Medium should fit you perfectly the one I’m wearing in the picture is size Small and I’m 27.5 -28 ... waist trainers are supposed to be tight and this material has good compression to stretch a lot , its hard to put it on the first time but after 2 or 3 days it will be easier. But if you prefer a bigger size I can exchange it, but it wouldn’t have the same effect as a smaller one.
