mrsbasped @madriss88 good evening. So, to answer your question; my waist beads are elastic. You'll send me your measurements and I'll show you photos of the colors that I have in stock (seed beads). As well as charms. Once your waist beads are completed I'll take a photo of them and forward you the photos. I will them mail them off. It usually takes me two hours to complete one set.
