Product info: I updated my tablet, so I no longer use this one. There are two extra pen nibs in the back of the tablet as seen in the fifth photo. I lost the driver CD, but you can find the driver on Wacom's website. In the last photo, I tagged a screenshot of model you'll have to search to download the driver. Please check the website and see if you can find the model. You'll get the box, the tablet, the usb cord, the guide, and the pen.
