WWII Peacoat (Circa 1930s)

Fantastic shape vintage World War Two era Pea coat. From my research (because of the corduroy pockets) I think it's early 30's. It's a much slimmer fit and cut than I've seen in trying on MANY peacoats of this era. I'm usually a mens small and this is nice and fitted on me. I'm guessing 36 or so? See measurement in photos. The collar is the best collar to turn up against the wind that I've seen in many many peacoat trials. In incredible shape for a jacket that is 90 or so years old. No rips, no tears, never been worn out to a bar, etc.
