WWII Mother's SWEETHEART PIN in Lovely Mother of Pearl Carved Leaf Shape Decoratively Wrapped in Gold Wire Initial "A" and pin, measures 1 1/4" L x W dual purpose being a wonderful lapel pin or collar brooch, also a Collectible Military Memorabilia since it was made for use during WWII for Soldiers to send home to Mom's on special occasions. This one is accessorized with a 9K wire (scratch tested with acid). Hard to tell if it is a heavy coating on wire or solid without pulling wire out and not trying to damage pin.
