The Air Service Command was responsible for maintaining and supplying the Army Air Forces during World War II. The design features a silver propeller on a yellow gear, which is set against a. blue background with 13 silver stars. and marked "Sub Depot 455" (WWII-era sub-depot in Great Ashfield, Suffolk, England, which was used for chemical company operations). The insignia also includes a pair of wings and an arrowhead at the bottom. The item exhibits minimal signs of wear due to age and use; however, it is free of breaks and repairs. The back of the pin is embossed with "Aresta of Hawaii". The pin-backs are mismatched; as found. The item is sold as is and as described herein.
