WW2 wool Nurse Cape or Cloke 1940's Era Military

This is an amazing piece of US history. It's a vintage WW2 Era Nurses wool cape. It's in really great condition. The initials on the collar could be St. Louis Hospital, but I'm not sure. I believe the initials inside are whom this piece belonged too. It doesn't have any rips or holes. measurements are shoulder 19 1/2 approximately length 29 in. approximately width across bottom approximately 42 inches Great Halloween Costume piece.
