Vintage WWII-era British War Relief Society (BWRS) “Thumbs Up” gold-tone lapel pin with raised hand design and BWRS marking at cuff. The back says “DES. PAT. PEND,” which stands for “Design Patent Pending.” This marking is common on 1930s–1940s pins Original straight pin back. Shows age-related wear and patina consistent with wartime pieces.
