It is so beautiful, flowing and full and has the most adorable smocking and full sleeves with a gathered ruffle trim. There is also a sweet ruffled trim of fabric on the skirt portion. This dress always sold out and it is currently unavailable. Measurements Laying flat “unstretched” at waist : 15” (there is a LOT of stretch as the bodice is smocked all the way around front and back. Length : 53” I’m happy to answer any questions ;-)
