High waisted (has small, black mark on back leg- see pic 2nd pair- Brand: Forever 21, Color: Black & gray, Size: Small, Pocket at front waist, Material: 92% cotton / 8% spandex. Comfortable, soft, stretchy fabric. Inseam on both is 26in. Waist measures 22"-24"
