WINDSOR Black and Baby Blue Gown for Prom

This Windsor drop waist gown features a striking black lace bodice with delicate spaghetti straps and a sweetheart neckline, exuding elegance and sophistication. It features a very low cut, open back for lots of air flow perfect for hot and stuffy events. The full-length skirt (with pockets!) flows gracefully with a subtle blue and exquisite black floral detailing. Loved this dress but have no use for it now.
