WHMB Off Shoulder Floral Print Top

Beautiful top from White House Black Market in a size small but can totally fit a medium. Wore this blouse to work, brunch, almost any social function. My favorite part of the top is the popover ruffle and embroidery details. The beautiful floral print (we call it Bay Blooms) on our off-the-shoulder top fits right in with the coastal vibe of the season. I do not have the matching bottom. Elasticized neckline. Lined but inside lining did get a little bit of makeup tanning markings. Material: 100% Polyester. Care: Machine wash cold. Front length about 21” across bust 17”.
