WHBM dress size small

Light weight and flowy, this embroidered dress is so cute with a belt and sandals. It’s in EUC and looks new. I wore it once! The elastic waist is forgiving. This is also very cute layered over a T-shirt and leggings for the Fall. I love this dress, but need to let a few pieces go! Bust 17” Waist 12”, fully stretched 19” Length 35.5”
