Excellent condition, White House Black Market multilayered halter sleeveless top. Zebra / animal print blouse. Mock neck ties at the back (sexy and flowy) with a pretty bow; could be reversed and tied at front as I've seen in some photos. Gorgeous on! Reposhing this item I purchased from @cleopatranarmer.
