WHBM Floral Maxi Dress

Semi sheer floral maxi dress with short black tank dress underneath. Optional chest tie front. Gold speckles throughout give the dress a super feminine and fun detail. This is a size XS, but runs big and fits like a small. I’m 5’5" and a size 6 and this fits me perfectly with a small heel. Worn once, in perfect condition.
