WHBM Black and White Polka Dot Tiered Ruffle Shell Tank Top, Size Small. This WHBM tank top is a size Small and measures about 25" long from the shoulder and about 17" across from armpit to armpit laying flat. There are alternating white and black polka dot vertical ruffles in the front, and all black with white dots in the back. This top is made of a nice stretchy material. Great layering tank top for wearing under a professional blazer or cardigan for the office, job interview, etc. This top is pre-loved with some signs of wear: there are small pulls in the ruffles throughout (examples shown in photos) and slight discoloration in the armpit area as shown.
